Naturally people are concerned about the spread of the Covid-19. Not only from a personal health perspective or for your loved ones who may be at risk, but also what this might mean for your financial and day-to-day life.
I am not a Pollyanna type but when I look back on my life, the best things that have happened to me, came out of the darkest times. Those of you who have known me for many years, KNOW this is true. It is probably true for you too.
In any given moment, we have a choice
in how we respond to the events in our lives. At this time, we can choose to get caught
up in global hysteria OR use the COVID19 epidemic as the impetus
for creating healthier habits of body and mind.

We can also use the current situation as an opportunity for personal growth, to reevaluate our mode of living, or become more mindful.
It seems likely, we may be blessed with extra free time to read, write, learn new skills or deeper meditation techniques. You might spend some of that time getting more fresh air, indulging in self-care or to rethinking your priorities. . .
Or you could choose to plug into coronavirus anxiety, on the news, 24/7, stress yourself out, and squander the moment.
