Naturally people are concerned about the spread of the Covid-19.  Not only from a personal health perspective or for your loved ones who may be at risk, but also what this might mean for your financial  and day-to-day life.

I am not a Pollyanna type but when I look back on my life, the best things that have happened to me, came out of the darkest times. Those of you who have known me for many years, KNOW this is true. It is probably true for you too.

In any given moment, we have a choice in how we respond to the events in our lives.  At this time, we can choose to get caught up in global hysteria OR use the COVID19 epidemic as the impetus for creating healthier habits of body and mind.

What if you Could opt out of Coronavirus  anxiety and Tap Into Your Body's Natural Defense System?

From a mind power standpoint, two of the easiest ways to tap into your body's natural defense system are:

  1. Using visualization and/or self hypnosis to create a placebo effect

If acquiring healthier habits, was the only potential positive you could glean from the current situation, it would be a worthwhile endeavor, But there is more . . .

  • Discover effective stress reduction and anti-anxiety formulas
  • Learn skills to undo negative programming
  • Tap into resourceful states at will
  • Improve outlook, motivation and confidence
  • Increase energy and vitality
  • Overcome unwanted habits
  • Turn wanted behaviors into automatic habits

Cost: There is no charge for these classes but we do hope to keep them going by voluntary contributions by participants who find them immensely valuable.

The more you surround yourself with like-minded people, the easier it is to stay sane in a crazy world so Invite your friends and encourage them to register.
