I created this website to share the mind power techniques that I have used over the past 20+ years to help hundreds of people improve their lives .

Keep in mind that there are multiple applications for each mind power technique and just because the title on the page says something like: "Self Motivation Techniques Using Mind Visualization," it doesn't mean that that visualization can only be used for motivation. On the contrary, there are hundred of applications for the use of visualization. As there are with the other mind programming exercises.

Why Mind power techniques are different from other self help programs

Most people KNOW what they have to DO to be successful. Their conscious minds can tell them all the reasons why and detail how to make it happen. Yet, for some unconscious reason, they don’t or can’t.

If you are like most people, the obstacles to greater success lie in your unconscious awareness.

Therefore, doesn’t it make sense that change must occur in your subconscious mind for you to be truly successful?  That is why subconscious mind programming --to align your unconscious thought  and feelings with that which you truly desire -- is a big part of the mind power techniques taught here. 

Specifically my goal for sharing these mind power techniques is to:

  • Provide mental health self help information for people who are stressed out worried, and anxious
  • Share powerful processes that have helped people manifest what they want in life
  • Cultivate thinking patterns and beliefs that will support a healthy, happy, and abundant life
  • Help individuals become more self reliant through the development of personal internal resources, better habits of mind and healthy approaches to dealing with stress, emotions and the physical body.
  • Help you improve your skills and build better relationships with others
  • Build a community of positive like-minded people who want to help make the world a better place to live in
  • Provide a platform for hope, gratitude and understanding

Where these mind tools come from

The mind tools and techniques offered  have been refined, adapted and synthesized from a variety of fields successful in the development of human potentiality, including self hypnosis, meditation and the new sciences of Quantum mechanics, Kinesthesiology, Neuro-linguistic programming, and the Silva Method

We also incorporate ancient practices such as mindful meditation, H'oponopono and Tonglen that serve to strengthen and quiet the mind as well as straightforward, common sense methods that come from years of practice and successful application by thousands of professionals we have coached.

The reason many of these methods work so well is because they utilize the processes of your unconscious mind -- the part of you that runs your memory (and your learning ability), your metabolic functions, your habits of thinking and behaving.
